Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis. Deposit must be made to secure your booking!

Prices and descriptions below reflect the rates applicable for parties booked for 2024.

  • Each additional hour is $125.00

  • $150 non-refundable deposit for reserving your party

Terms and Conditions

  • To ensure the enjoyment and safety of everyone, we do limit the number of guests per session. Each party package is set with a number of guests admissions with an option to add additional guests.

  • We do ask that when the 2 hour play session is over, that the party area is vacated promptly so we can clean and get it ready for the next party.

  • Our ‘Pack Leader’ will be involved to make sure everyone has a positive experience. However, it is the responsibility of the supervising adults to maintain safe play for all party participants.

  • In the event that negative or unsafe play is observed, we will need the supervising adults full support to assist in promptly correcting the issue(s) observed.

  • No Outside Decorations are allowed - If what you are looking for is not in our Party - Add On, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Reservation Policy

  • Reservations are available online generally up to 60 days out.
    *For dates farther in the future, please contact us to reserve – we are happy to assist!

  • The non-refundable deposit is due the day of booking. *We are unable to hold a reservation without a deposit.*

  • Parties are non-refundable. We understand that things can come up unexpectedly and we would love for you to be able to celebrate at Little Fox Clubhouse. We will try to accommodate your party for another date.

  • If you have chosen a theme for your event, it needs to be chosen 14 days before your scheduled event.

  • By setting up a reservation, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Thank you!
