Party FAQs

Question: Is Little Fox Clubhouse Open to the public while my party is going on?
Answer: All of our parties are PRIVATE Parties - You and your guests will have the entire place to yourself. 

Question: Up to how many kids can be invited?

Answer: Our space can accommodate up to 20 kids.

Question: Some kids are older than 6 years old, do they count in the headcount?
Answer: If kids older than 6 years old are in the playspace playing, then they will be counted towards your headcount. Only Children up to 6 years and under will be able to sit in the table setting.
Additional kids are $25 per child. 

Question: Can I down-grade to a different package or change the number of kids I added in the beginning?
Answer: 
Party Packages and additional children added CANNOT BE DOWN-GRADED.
We start our planning weeks before your event and order any necessary materials for the number of children you add to your package. 
When booking your event, we suggest you start off with the number of kids in the package provided, then the week of we ask for final headcount. 

Question: How many parents can I invite?
Answer: We understand that everyone would love to come to your event but we kindly ask that you limit adults attending to comfortably accommodate your party.
Basic Package: 10 kids / 12 adults
Deluxe: 15 kids / 15 adults
Premium: 15 kids / 20 adults

Additional adults will be $10/per adult

Question: Does everyone need to sign a waiver even though they are not going to be in the playspace?

Answer: Yes! Everyone entering Little Fox Clubhouse must sign a waiver whether or not they will be in the playspace. No Exceptions.

Question: What kind of food can I bring? Do I need to provide my own paper goods for the adults.
Answer: Anything that is easy to clean up. 
Cake or Cupcake. Typically parties will have pizza, light snacks and small treats.
Yes, please provide plates/napkins/utensils for adults.


Question: Can I bring my own decorations?

Answer: We do not allow outside decorations to be brought in. We offer Add-on's that could be added to your party package. If what you are looking for is not on our list, please contact us and we will try our best to help. 

Question: Can you tell me what the timeline looks like for a 2 hour party?
Answer:
1.5 hours playing in the playspace | Last 30 Minutes will be in the Party Space singing happy birthday/eating/getting ready to depart your event.

During the last 30 minutes of your party, it is important that kids remain in the Party Space because we will be resetting/sanitizing the playspace for our next party. 


Question: I need to cancel my party. Can I get my deposit back or put it towards a membership or pass?
Answer: Unfortunately, due to limited availability for the weekend, deposits are non-refundable or transferable for memberships or passes.  

Question: I need to reschedule my party. What can I do to secure another date?
Answer: We understand things can happen out of your control. In order to secure another date the full payment of your party will be due.
